It is so difficult to eat right when you are trying to lose weight and your boyfriend is trying to gain weight. He eats like shit around you but you have to eat well. Ehh, very hard. and frustrating.
Just got done working out. Ran for 24 minutes, and then rode the bike for 20 and did some other gay machine for 5, and stretched. It was good. I feel great.
